A limited amount of tickets will be available on the day which can be purchased via cash or card at the main entrance. To avoid potential disappointment, we recommended purchasing your tickets in advance.

Due to the nature of the entertainment and activities at The Suffolk Military Show, having sought advice from the RSPCA, we would advise that other than Guide and Assistance dogs, no other dogs are permitted to enter the show ground. * View RSPCA Advice

Yes the site has wheelchair accessible routes throughout the show ground. The majority of the areas are flat, level grassed areas.

There are no facilities at the show for public camping.

There is plenty of parking on site, and best thing is, its free of charge.

Concessions tickets will be sent out once we have received relevant documentation to support the purchase. If you have not uploaded your documents when purchasing your tickets. Please send copies over to tickets@templeatwar.co.uk with your order number in the subject. Please remember, you will need to show your uploaded document upon entry to our staff to gain entry to the show, failure to comply with these requirements will incur a full price ticket fee to permit admittance to the show.

If you still cannot find your tickets, you can login to your online account by hovering over the tickets link in the menu at the top of the Temple At War website, then click login. Use your login details you set when purchasing your ticket to gain access to your account. Here you will find your tickets.

At Temple at War, you will see uniforms, equipment and symbols from all nations depicting wartime periods covering the period 1880 to the current day that may be on display for the purposes of battle reenactment and/or educational reasons.
Any persons that are likely to be offended by the display of such uniforms, equipment and symbols are respectfully requested not to book tickets for these living history events.
Temple at War is a strictly non-political, multi-period living history show and does not tolerate extremist views of any kind.

A copy of either your military identification card (MOD Form 90), Veterans Recognition (ID) Card, Veterans UK Status card , Certificate of Service or Certificate of Discharge.

Defence Discount Service cards are also accepted if they display the wording ‘HM Armed Forces Veteran’. Unfortunately digital versions of this card are not accepted.

Temple At War Military & Vintage Show offers free admittance to serving and veteran military personnel upon production of suitable identification.

A 30% ticket discount is also offered to members of the public with a disability. An accompanying carer will also qualify for a concessions price ticket. One of the following documents is required to be uploaded and produced upon entrance to the show.

Disability Living Allowance (DLA).
Attendance Allowance (AA)
Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
Blue Badge
Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
Medical Evidence Letter
Registered as a blind person or partially sighted
Armed Forces Independence Payment (AFIP)

You will need to upload a document for each ticket purchased.

Your tickets will not be activated until the relevant documentation has been received. This means that your ticket will not work until we receive your documents.

Unfortunately, failure to comply with these requirements will incur a full price ticket fee to permit admittance to the show.

Temple At War Military & Vintage Show is an extremely safe and fully insured event, which involves spontaneous military activity and loud noises, therefore for your comfort you may wish to bring along ear defenders, particularly for our young visitors, so that you can fully enjoy the experience.

We welcome those visitors who wish to wear period costume, it really adds to the atmosphere and enjoyment of the event for everyone. However carrying or displaying any form of weaponry must both be legal and compliant with current legislation. Anyone carrying a deactivated weapon must also be in possession of the relevant de activation certificate.

All tickets are attached to your confirmation email once you have purchased your tickets online. If you cannot find these, you can download your tickets directly from this website.

Picnics can be brought into and consumed in the show ground, but why not try something different from our street food vendors?

You do not need to print your tickets off. We can scan your ticket QR codes directly from your smart device.

If you do not have access to a smart device, please print your tickets and we will be able to scan these on the show entrance.
